The building covers an area of 11,412m2. It consists of 80 apartments ranging in size from 36m2 to 158m2, 8 office space on a total area of about 760m2, and a well-organized and spacious underground parking space, which has 75 parking spaces in one level. In the courtyard part of the building there is an atrium with a park zone and an open view of the river Morača and the Gorica hill.
